6. Come to Agreement With Seller

Sometimes coming to agreement is as simple as making the seller an offer they just can't refuse. Other times it's not quite that simple.

Once the offer is made, it is very likely that the seller will return with a counter offer. The seller may agree or disagree with any part of the offer. This negotiating process can take hours, days or even weeks. Once both parties have signed the agreement it is dated and copies are sent to the lender and the title company for processing.
